Purpose
The over- all responsibility for the acquisition and the procurement process of supplies, equipment and services are delegated to the Manager Procurement duly designated by Director Operations. Our system helps in doing so. To this end, the Manager Procurement shall ensure that the relevant Government Financial Regulations and Rules on Procurement are strictly complied with.
