Application Development and Maintenance
FINCON’s Institutional Development & Capacity Building division works at the policy level and the operational level. At the operational level, we restructure organizations and create efficiency by monitoring and tracking results through performance appraisal systems and by streamlining information flow and decision making. Then onwards our information technology department develops the management information system and procedure manuals.

We work as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and use modern sophisticated tools for data mining, processing and analysis to help our clients get the expected results. Our Achievements in Research:
FINCON’s “Micro Health Franchise System” has won the seed grant for its innovative approach towards saving lives at birth. This is indeed a big achievement for FINCON in terms of competing with the world’s top 77 innovative ideas.
Micro Health Franchise System is a first model of its kind that is designed to be financially stable and does not rely upon the continuous donor funding. It rather has its inclination towards empowering community midwife workers to work as entrepreneurs under a franchise model and a telehealth system that regularly monitors and evaluate their work.
