- MR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN
Mr. Zulfiqar is the CEO & Chief managing Architect; Graduated from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 1990. He has extensive experience of 18 years and has undertaken more than 100 architectural designing projects at different location within and outside Pakistan. As final thesis project he did boundless research on Gandahara (Native) Architecture and use local construction material in wall cities of Peshawar and Lahore. After graduation he got an opportunity to work with M/S Architects bureau as an Architect under its Chief Architect of NWFP. Zulfiqar Ali Khan performed designing and supervision of Commercial, Educational, and Residential buildings including landscape projects. His skills cover coding of drawing on CAD.
- MR. SAJID KHAN
Senior Architect of Mascot, His area of expertise is designing, planning, and interior designing of residential and commercial buildings. He has achieved a scholarship from Ministry of Construction, The building centre of Japan. He is a permanent member of PCATP (Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners). He has experience of more then 15 years and has undertaken various projects in Designing, Detailing, and Contract Documents & Supervision of Architectural Projects. He has done designing and supervision of governments buildings works and services departments.
- MR. TARIQ MOHAMMAD
Mr. Tariq has done M.Sc in civil engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York University, City and Regional Infrastructure Planning, U.S.A in 1975. His main responsibilities include master planning of Hospitals incorporating all functions of the hospital including calculation of areas as required for each function and designs. He performed detailed design and Construction Supervision of OGEM Towers, hospitals, buildings, mall, Pharmacy, Library, X-Ray , Laboratories, Administration wing, Residence for Doctors, Nurses & other staff (Flats),General Parking, Food Storage, Laundry, Fire extinguishing system, Medical/Boiler Room, Equipment repair/storage etc.
- iv. MR. WAHEED RAZA KHAN
Managing Architect of Mascot, also Graduated from (N.C.A) Lahore in 1992.His work experience started with M/S consultants collaborative as Assistants for 2 years. While he was a student in NCA, he also worked on many projects as an Architect for Raza and Bangash Design Associates, Islamabad for three years. Besides that he has been an evaluator / surveyor. As a Technical Advisor since 1989, he worked on many projects for Islamic investment bank Limited Peshawar, Mehran Bank Ltd. Habib Bank Ltd And Platinium Commercial Bank Ltd. Other projects include designing and top supervision of commercial, Residential, Educational and Industrial building. His responsibilities also include regeneration of project plans on CAD.
- MR. TAHIR KHATTAK
Fully devoted to his profession Mr. M. Tahir a Graduate of (N.C.A),Lahore uses Auto Cad 2006, 3D Studio 4.0, coral Draw 9, Photo shop, and other graphics software as an integrated part of Architecture practice. Mr. Tahir also has an experience of working with Agha Khan Cultural Services Pakistan. He has participated in conservation of Sigar Fort Skardu.
- MS. MEENA, M.D
Ms. Meena is a master Degree holder in Architecture and graduate from Technical University, Moscow. She is presently working on Large-scale commercial projects.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
- MR. AADIL SHAHZAD
Mr. Aadil has done M.Sc in structural engineering from University of engineering and technology, Peshawar in 2004 and has done BSc in Civil Engineering (with honors) in 2000. He is a certified professional of AutoCAD, SAP, and Visual Basic. In 9 years of experience of a professional life he performed structural planning, drafting and designing along with detailed supervision of various projects at international and national level. He performed contouring, road survey, plain table survey, triangulation in theodolite survey and leveling.
- MR. HUSSAIN AHMAD
Mr. Hussain has done M.Sc from AIT, Bangkok in Structural Engineering and Construction and management. He has on hand experience of building Preliminary Design of main Buildings and allied facilities, detailed Engineering Design of hospitals, buildings, hostels, offices, malls etc along with allied services. He has done structure Analysis through most extensive software like SAP, Complete programming including finalizing the requirements and their areas, interrelationship of different functions of the scheme and relate them accordingly. He has worked for many international countries in which he carried out detailed Engineering and Architectural Design of the buildings, developed guidelines to achieve competitive bidding for the purpose of specifications and construction details, Water purification plants that have been provided for potable water sufficient for all needs of the project, Sewerage system, and Water supply, Roads network and allied services like, Schools, Shopping malls, Telephone Exchange, etc.
GEO TECHNICAL ENGINEER
- MR. GHASSAN SATTAR
He has done M.Sc in Geo technical Engineering from UET (university of science &technology Texila). His area of expertise includes, site supervision, planning, documentation, contract bidding and tender process, contract’s billing overview and process. He succeeds in achieving Fauji Foundation scholarship for four consecutive years from UET, & for seven consecutive years he achieved scholarships from Pakistan Air Force Degree College Peshawar.
MECHANICAL/HVAC ENGINEER
- MR. MOEEN ASHRAF
Mr. Moeen is a graduate from UET, Lahore; he has done his majors in Power engineering in 1995. He has undertaken more than 80 projects in which he was responsible for design of Heating and Cooling System as well as other Mechanical works. He has a member ship of Pakistan Engineering Council, ASHRAE (USA) , HVAC&R-Pakistan.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- DR. MOMIN AWAN
He is a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Bradford University, UK, and has done M.Sc in engineering from Addison state university, Canada. He has performed Civil and Electrical Design of Extension of Main Campus, Teaching Hospital, Principal Residence, Professors Residences, Para medical Staff Hostel, Doctors Hostel and Students Hostel plus other associated Electrical facilities. He also designed Basha Dam & allied structures and other facilities like power house and main transmission lines of main dams in Pakistan, along with that he designed Housing Scheme for accommodating of Wapda & Consultants staff, Hospital plus other associated Electrical facilities.
DESIGNER
- MANSOOR JABBAR
A Distinction holder in product, Industrial Designing from N.C.A (1992) Two years experience in product designing & development, he got a first prize for Designing a float for N.W.F.P in the 1990 at horse and cattle show, Lahore.
INFRASTRUCTURE/ROAD DESIGN ENGINEER
- DR. IRSHAD AHMED
Dr Irshad is a transport engineer and he has earned his degree from the University of California, Kennedy, USA & has done M.Sc in Transportation planning and engineering from Leeds University, UK. He has a membership of professional association of institutes of Highway engineering USA, UK. Having widespread experience of more than 25 years he has diversified areas of expertise. He performed detailed designs of Traffic control and safety devices. He incorporated Geometric Design through MOSS / MX Roads & prepared detailed geometric design, drawings, specifications and cost estimates for the projects. He carried out planning for junction configuration at the existing roundabout and intersection. He has done many national & international projects and make landmarks in Planning and design of flyovers, involving preliminary topographic surveys, traffic studies, level of serviceability, capacity analysis, evaluation of socioeconomic and economic alternative proposal, preparation of technical and economic feasibility reports, conduction detailed surveys, sub–soil borrow areas, quarry survey and investigations, pavement design, hydrological studies, preparation of general specifications.
PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEER
- MR. SUHAIL AHMED
Mr. Suhail has done BSc in civil engineering from university of engineering and technology Lahore in 1988. He has designed various projects of hospitals, plaza’s, old homes and buildings.
